2. Combine flour, sugars, cocoa, baking powder, and salt, breaking up any lump of brown sugar. Stir in butter until crumbly. Add egg white and vinilla. Stir until dough comes toghter.
3.Place confectioner's sugar in a bowl. Roll dough into 1 12 inch balls, than roll in the sugar to coat. Place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake for 14 minutes. Transfer to rack to cool.
