Ingredients:

  • Cake:
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil or butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Topping:
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend all the cake ingredients and pour half the batter into a loaf pan. Mix the topping ingredients together and sprinkle half the topping over the batter in loaf pan. Pour remaining batter into the pan and sprinkle the remaining topping over batter. Bake for 50 minutes or until done.
