Yield: 6 to 8 servings
My new daughter-in-law gave me this recipe. I have fixed this on several occassions and everyone seems to love it.Ingredients:
3 eggs1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 tablespoons flour
pinch salt
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 can white/yellow corn (I prefer yellow)
Instructions:
Beat eggs well with fork. Add sugar and continue to beat. Sprinkle flour and salt and continue beating. Mix in corn.Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until well jelled (approximately. 30-45 minutes).
