Corny Yogurt Waffles

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour3 teaspons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup yellow cornmeal
4 eggs, separated
2 cups yogurt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted and cooled
Instructions:
I would soak the flour in yogurt overnight, up to 24 hours. Mix in rest of the ingredients except egg whites. Beat egg whites until fluffy, stir in.Cook.
