Yield: Serves 4.
A nice change from rice and very good for you. Look for bulgur in health food stores and better supermarkets.Ingredients:
1 cup bulgur (cracked wheat)1/2 cup chopped onions
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups beef or chicken stock, boiling
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
