Yield: Serves 4.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • sugar to taste

Instructions:

Thoroughly chill all ingredients, except sugar, before beginning. Place all ingredients in blender and process on high speed for 30 seconds. Add 4 ice cubes and continue blending until smooth. Pour into frosted pitcher and serve immediately.
