  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 can (8 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

In a broiling pan place chicken breast quarters. Salt and pepper slightly. Cook 1-1/2 hours at 325 degrees F in top of oven.
