Roll biscuit dough on lightly floured board to 1/4 inch thickness. Brush with melted butter and cover with cranberry sauce. Roll up like a jelly roll. Place seam side down in buttered pan, cover tightly and steam for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours. Serve with hard sauce.
2 cups canned cherries, drained, may be substituted for cranberries. Serve with cherry sauce made from the juice.
