Yield: Serves 8

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cranberries, washed
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water

Instructions:

Boil the water and sugar for 5 minutes. Add the cranberries and cook gently, uncovered, without stirring, until thick. Chill.
