Yield: Makes 24 canap
- 2 firm, medium-size cucumbers
- 1 3-ounce package cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon dry beef base
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
Instructions:Combine the cheese, beef base, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce and blend well. Stuff into the centers of peeled, hollowed-out cucumbers. Chili for 2 hours.
Slice into rounds and serve on crisp crackers.
