- 3/4 c. water
- 2 eggs
- 1/4c. powder milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4c. sugar
- 1/3c. shortening
- 3 1/2 c bread flour
- 2 tsp. yeast
Instructions:1) Measure ingredents in to baking pan, in the order recommended by company, insert pan into oven chamber select dough cycle.
2) Remove dough to lightly floured board cover with a large bowl let set for 10 to 15 min. divide dough in half. roll out 1/2 in. thickness.
3) Cut the dough with a 3 1/2 in dough cutter. Place on prepared baking sheet. cover and let rise in warm draft free place for 30-40 minutes or until double in volume.
4) Deep fry for 30-40 seconds on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel dust warm donuts with sifted powder sugar or frosten.
