Make in bread machine and fry in deep fryer at 350* for 30-45 seconds each side.
3/4 c. water
1/4c. powder milk
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c bread flour
2 tsp. yeast
1) Measure ingredents in to baking pan, in the order recommended by company, insert pan into oven chamber select dough cycle.
2) Remove dough to lightly floured board cover with a large bowl let set for 10 to 15 min. divide dough in half. roll out 1/2 in. thickness.
3) Cut the dough with a 3 1/2 in dough cutter. Place on prepared baking sheet. cover and let rise in warm draft free place for 30-40 minutes or until double in volume.
4) Deep fry for 30-40 seconds on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel dust warm donuts with sifted powder sugar or frosten.
