Easy Apple Crumble
Yield: 6 servings
- 6 medium apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3 tablspoons wheat germ
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Combine the apples and applesauce and pour into dish.
In a bowl, combine the oats, wheat germ, brown sugar and cinnamon, than add the oil.
Crumble the mixure over the apples. Bake for 30 minutes.
