Yield: Makes a 3-layer cake.
Ingredients:
1 package yellow cake mix1 package lemon-flavored instant pudding
1 cup water
4 eggs
1 batch frosting
Instructions:
Even young children can make this cake, with a little help from Dad. Combine first four ingredients in a bowl, blend with a mixer at low speed, then beat at medium speed for about 6 to 8 minutes. Line three 9-inch cake pans with rounds of waxed paper and pour batter into pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
