Easy Chocolate Mousse

Yield: Serves 6
Although this must be made well ahead of time, it only takes 5 minutes to prepare! --Sycamore Inn, Arlington, VermontIngredients:
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips2 large eggs
3 tablespoons instant coffee (powder or granules)
2 tablespoons boiling water
2 tablespoons rum or brandy (or 2 teaspoons mint or rum flavoring)
3/4 cup scalded milk
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in blender in the order given. Blend at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into 6 individual dessert dishes and chill at least 3 hours. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.Browse Similar Recipes
