This recipe for easy Christmas pickles is so festive -- red and green for the holiday season...
Heat vinegar, water, and sugar to boiling. Pour into a sterilized glass jar.
Slice pickles crosswise. Slice pimientos. Add to vinegar mixture, along with remaining ingredients (leaving headspace), and seal. Let cool; then refrigerate.
Let stand 1 week before serving.
