This recipe is perfect for people who like good, quick meals, and who don't like to cook. It’s an old recipe, converted by using pantry items. Add a tossed salad and some crusty Italian bread, and your family will think you prepared them a fancy meal.Ingredients:
2 8-ounce cans drained tuna1 large onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
2-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2-1/2 cups chopped canned tomatoes
1/3 cup white wine
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste
1 pound cooked thin pasta
Instructions:
Cook the onion and garlic in olive oil until the onions are translucent. Add tomatoes, tuna, and wine. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the grated cheese. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
