Yield: Serves 6 to 8.
This is a lovely, light -- not too disastrous to the waistline -- dessert. Try the different gelatin flavors until you find the one you like best. Chances are, no matter which flavor you choose, you won't need much -- if any -- extra sweetener.Ingredients:
2 boxes flavored gelatin1 cup boiling water
4 cups yogurt
Honey or sugar (optional)
Instructions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in yogurt and additional sweetening if desired. Pour into large dish or individual serving bowls, and chill until set.Browse Similar Recipes
