Emily's Lemon Bars
Yield: 12 bars
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and press into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake 15 minutes.
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- grated lemon rind
Instructions:While crust bakes, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Remove crust from oven and top with filling mixture. Bake 25 more minutes and cool completely.
Dust with powdered sugar, cut into large squares, and serve.
