Fast Brownie Dessert
Yield: 9-12 servings
- 1 boxed brownie mix
- 1 boxed cheesecake mix
- shaved chocolate, caramel dessert topping
Instructions:Follow directions for mixing brownies and turn into a greased glass oblong cake dish. Bake as directed on box. Test with toothpick after 18 minutes. Should be somewhat done. If gooey, take out of the oven! Let cool.
Mix up cheesecake recipe as directed on box. Spread cheesecake over completely cool brownie "crust".
Mix graham cracker crust as directed. It should form nice little clumps that are sprinkled all over the top of the cheesecake. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Topping options: add cinnamon to the crust mix before processing. Drizzle caramel topping over each cut piece. Shaved chocolate is also a pleaser on each dish!
