Fillets of Cod Cape Ann-Style

An especially nice fish dish for the uninitiated. The sauce is an impressively rich but easy one.

- 6 mushrooms, chopped
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallot
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- Lemon slices, cucumber balls, and tomato wedges, for garnish
