Vary this Five Cup Ambrosia Salad by using other fruits by the cupful as well -- apple wedges, banana slices, grapes, or what's in season. Easily doubles or triples for a party.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup drained mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and let stand overnight. Serve chilled.
