Pasta Recipes
Yield: 6-8 servings
- 1 pound ground burger (beef, turkey, venison)
- 3 cups water
- 4 ounces pasta noodles
- 26 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
- 1-2 cups shredded or cubed cheese (any variety)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Brown meat in large skillet. Add water and macaroni, bring to a boil and cover until macaroni is cooked. Add spaghetti sauce and cheese. Cover and warm until cheese melts. Season to taste.
Ready in about 20 minutes, start to finish.
Comments
You may use almost any kind of cheese: Parmesan, Velveeta, Cheddar, Colby, Mozzarella, or combination. Use any kind of macaroni: spirals, elbows, shells, etc. If you have room in your pan, you may add more macaroni, but you may also need to add more sauce if it becomes dry.
