Anchovy Puffs

Yield: 48 puffs
- 1 3-ounce package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour anchovy paste
Blend the cheese and butter, add the flour and chill. Roll very thin and cut with a 2-inch cookie cutter. Spread rather generously with anchovy paste, fold over and crimp the edges. Bake in a hot (400 degrees) oven for 8-10 minutes. Serve at once.
