Love this recipe. Out of the hills of Tenn. it did come, and the taste is better than soap on a mother's hand.I'll make this cake till heaven's gates take its own all in. – Reviewed by Bruce Shaver
It was quite easy to make but needs more spices (more flavor), so I made it with 2 teaspoons cloves, 2 teaspoons nutmeg, 2 teaspoons allspice, and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. My children just loved it with vanilla ice cream. Thank you for this recipe. – Anonymous Review
