Baked Bluefish

Fish and Seafood Recipes

Yield: Serving quantity depends on size and number of fillets used.

Baked fish fillets drizzled with garlic-and-dill-flavored butter. Garnish with thin slices of lemon and sprigs of fresh parsley.

  • Bluefish fillets
  • Vinegar
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • Butter
  • Garlic clove, crushed
  • Dill seed to taste
  • Lemon

Place fish fillets in foil-lined pan, skin side down. Sprinkle lightly with vinegar, garlic powder, and pepper, and dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes, depending upon the thickness of the fish. Melt half a stick of butter (or more, depending on amount of fish being served) and add crushed garlic and dill seed. Serve hot over fish with
