Poultry Recipes

Yield: 4 to 6 servings.

I like this recipe because it is so easy to prepare and very good.

  • 4 pieces of chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Place rice in bottom of greased baking dish. Place chicken on top of rice. Combine soups with water and pour over chicken, sprinkle Lipton soup mix on top of this.

Cover and bake for 2 to 2-1/2 hours at 375 degrees. Keep covered during baking.

Cooking this dish for two to two and a half hours was way too long. The chicken came out very dry. – Anonymous Review
