Butteerscotch Sauce

Yield: 3 cups
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup light cream
- dash of salt
Boil the sugar, syrup, and butter, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. Add the cream and salt and bring back to the boiling point. Serve hor or cold.
