Cheesy Ham Au Gratin

Yield: 10 servings

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 packages scalloped potato mix
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups boiling water

Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine milk, soup and the contents of the seasoning packs from the potatoes. Add the potatoes and ham.

Pour the mixure into the slow cooker. Pour boiling water over the mixure and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low until potatoes are tender.
