Chicken Roll

- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons shortening
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups diced, creamed chicken
Make biscuit dough and roll it out to 1/4 inch thickness. Spread with chicken and roll as a jelly roll. Bake in a hot oven for about 25 minutes. Serve with chicken gravy and currant or cranberry jelly.
