Clam Cream Cheese Dip
Dips and Spreads Recipes
- 1 small can clams, drained
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 2 to 4 tablespoons grated onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients slowly in an electric mixer until thoroughly incorporated. Chill and serve with crackers.

While there is no doubt that several of our presidents used charcoal or wood to cook over open fires during outdoor activities, Dwight "Ike" Eisenhower was known to spend considerable time in the kitchen.
