Cocktail Platter

Yield: Should be enough for 4-8, depending on what else you serve.
Calorie counters and health food devotees go to cocktail parties too, and they will appreciate these goodies.
- 1 medium-size red cabbage
- 1 medium-size cucumber
- 1 green pepper
- 1 small cauliflower
- 6 small carrots
- 1 bunch celery
- 12 radishes
Hollow out the cabbage and place in the center of a large platter. Surround with iced cucumber strips, green pepper slices, cauliflower florets, carrot sticks, celery sticks and radishes.
Make a dip by mixing together the following ingredients and fill the center of the hollowed-out cabbage with filling:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- dash pepper
