Yield: Serves 4
Simple, colorful, and quick -- perfect for a dinner party. --Colby Hill Inn, Henniker, New Hampshire
- 1 pound lump crabmeat
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper, sautéed in butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pimiento
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (fresh or dry)
- Cayenne to taste
Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Fill ceramic crab shells with mixture and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
