Yield: 4 servings
Very simple and very tasty. Children like them, too.
- 4 thick-cut pork chops
- 1 can (16 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 4 orange slices with peel, to garnish (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large skillet, brown the pork chops. Place the chops in a baking dish. Mix together the cranberry sauce, honey, and cloves. Pour over the pork chops. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Garnish with the orange slices.

Cloves are a little too strong. I would cut the amount in half. I think adding some orange juice or just orange zest would give a little more flavor. – Reviewed by David Markle
