Cranberry Relish
Pickles and Preserves Recipes
Yield: Serves 6-8.
A forerunner of molded cranberry jelly.
- 4 cups raw cranberries
- 2 unpeeled oranges, seeded
- 1/2 cup crushed fresh pineapple
- 1 cup sugar
Put cranberries, oranges, and pineapple through food mill or grinder. Add sugar, mix well (do not cook), and chill.
