Curried Chicken Salad

Yield: Makes 6 to 8 servings.
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 cup chopped apples (no need to peel)
- 2 medium stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 3 to 4 pounds chicken, cooked, deboned, and shredded or cubed
Combine first three ingredients; then stir in curry powder. Add apples, celery, almonds, and chicken. Chill briefly.
