Easy Crockpot Chicken

This is a super easy & quick way to have dinner ready when you walk in the door. Great for a cold day! I
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
Put chicken in pot.
Mix soups together, stir, and pour over chicken.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high 4-6 hours.
If you don't want to prepare side dishes, add potatos and carrots to chicken about 1-2 hours before it's done.

I used 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts and it made quite a lot. If you make the recipe as is called out, it is pretty flavorless, however, I added potatoes, carrots, garlic, chopped onions, kosher salt and black pepper and the taste was great. I cooked it all about 10 hours on low and the chicken stayed very moist. It is great with a green salad. – Reviewed by Judythe Burkinshaw
