  • 4 pounds Concord grapes
  • 2 pounds sugar
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon each cinnamon and allspice
  • 2 teaspoons cloves

Cook together 2 hours, simmering gently. Strain through a colander. Seal in sterilized jars.
