Greek Spinach Melt

Yield: 10-12 servings
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
- 1/2 onion, chopped fine
- 1 clove garlic (use 2 pieces chopped fine)
- 4 Roma tomatoes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 loaf French bread
Mix all ingredients (excluding bread). Spoon generous portion on slice of bread and toast on broil until browned and hot.
