Horseradish Dressing

Yield: About 1 cup
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon prepared hot mustard or powdered mustard
- 4 tablespoons gratedhorseradish
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup cottage cheese
Whirl all ingredients in blender. Thin as desired with a little water, and add salt to taste. This makes a hearty dressing over cabbage salad or poured over hot or cold cooked vegetables.
