Jay's Vinaigrette

Yield: about 4 cups
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 cups soybean oil
Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend on high speed until mixture is smooth and all the oil is mixed in. Serve with any green salad.
