  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon onion juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar salt and pepper to taste

Combine lemon and onion juice with sugar. Add half the olive oil and shake or blend together, then add the remainder of the olive oil and mix vigorously. This dressing is good with a tossed greens salad or Cauliflower Salad.
