Lime-Garlic Broiled Fish

Yield: 5-6
- 2 pounds raw fish, fresh or frozen
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash freshly ground pepper
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Thaw fish if frozen.
Cook garlic in butter until tender. Remove from heat. Add lime juice, salt and pepper.
Arrange fish in a single layer on a baking pan, 15x10x1 inch.
Pour sauce over fish.
Broil/grill about 4 inches from source of heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish are tender.
Sprinkle with parsley.
