LIME-SESAME SEED SALAD DRESSING

Yield: Makes about 1-1/2 cups
"This is one of our most popular dressings at the inn. It requires little preparation time and keeps well when refrigerated." --Mountain Top Inn, Chittenden, Vermont
- 2 tablespoons whole sesame seeds
- 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
Spread sesame seeds on a baking pan and place in a 300 degrees F oven. Bake until lightly toasted (about 8 minutes). Combine with rest of ingredients and blend together with an electric mixer or blender.
