Low Calorie Dressing

Yield: Makes 1-3/4 cups.
A good dressing for the not-so-slim. But non-dieters like it, too.
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup tomato juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon instant minced onion
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
Dissolve the bouillon cube in the boiling water. Cool. Add the other ingredients and shake hard to blend.
