Cool, light, and satisfying. Try this refreshing drink on a warm afternoon as a nutritious snack, or eliminate the ice cream and enjoy it for breakfast.

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or more to taste)

Put all ingredients into a blender and mix well. Serve in a tall glass. Serves 1.
