Salad Dressing Mix

Yield: Enough mix for 8 cups liquid.
Handy to have on hand when you need to make a dressing in a hurry.
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
- 4 teaspoons instant minced onion
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Combine the ingredients and store, tightly covered, in a cool, dry place.
To use, combine 1/4 cup vinegar with 1-1/2 teaspoons of the above mix and 2/3 cup salad oil. Shake well.
