Sour Cream Orange Sauce

Yield: Makes 1 cup.
An easy way to make a nice dessert out of a plain piece of cake.
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoons grated orange rind
Cream softened butter with confectioners' sugar. Beat in the sour cream, orange juice and rind.
Serve with slices of any plain cake.
