Spinach Delicious

Yield: Serves 4-5.
Means just what it says: delicious. And that's the truth.
- 1 pound fresh spinach, cooked
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 hard-cooked egg, sieved
Chop the spinach. Add all remaining ingredients except the egg and heat. Garnish with sieved hard-cooked egg.
