Make this for an impressive grand finale. --Mountain View Inn, Norfolk, Connecticut
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup Grand Marnier
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 package strawberry Jello
- 1 lemon wedge
- Whipped cream for topping
Hull and cut strawberries in half or bite-sized pieces. Place in bowl. Pour Grand Marnier over berries and stir. Set aside. Combine sour cream, sugar, and 1/4 tablespoon Jello. Wet rims of 8 stemmed glasses with lemon wedge and dip in remaining Jello. Divide strawberries into 8 equal portions in glasses. Pour sour cream mixture over berries, top with whipped cream, and serve.
