Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup olive oil or any other salad oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground pepper, black or white
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed, if desired

Instructions:

Shake ingredients together in a screw top jar and store in the refrigerator.
